Account Manager

General Telcom, the South Bay market leader in Digital / VoIP based communication systems designed for Small & Medium businesses. The corporation has strategic alliances with major suppliers: AT&T, NEC and Toshiba. We are growing and looking for motivated self starters with exceptional communications skill and personality.

Resonsibilities:

  • Cold-calling and following-up with prospects via telephone or email
  • Generate leads through networking
  • Qualify leads through telephone interview and face-face discovery meetings.
  • Design and present custom communications solutions.
  • Attend tradeshows and other networking events
  • Research and update prospect information into an BCM database.
  • Generate daily and weekly call reports as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent phone skills and etiquette
  • Positive attitude and persistent personality to overcome obstacles and achieve quotas
  • History of success achieving measurable goals
  • Have Drivers License and insured Vehicle
